There’s a lot (I mean A LOT) of content out there. With a master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, I’ve spent years learning how humans interact with the world around us, how the past impacts us, and how the future motivates us. I use this knowledge to write content & copy that stands out. Like the fringed pink cowgirl boots I wore in kindergarten, I can’t help but be noteworthy in everything I do.

I specialize in ghostwriting books, e-books, feature articles, thought leadership, letters from the editor, and more for business owners and entrepreneurs in the tech industry. I also offer copy & content writing services, including blogs, magazine articles, online feature articles, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Writing, and then some.

In third grade, I wrote my first book, “How the Peacock Got its Feathers.” It’s an origin story about how a peacock learned to love itself.  With his self-actualization came bursting forth vibrant tailfeathers. It was a huge hit (my parents loved it).

Unfortunately, that gig didn’t pay well, and for some reason, I thought that writing wasn’t a ‘real’ job. I followed another passion, research. I studied Cultural Anthropology for six years. I wrote a lot (of research). It was arguably a little bland, and I left academics to pursue more colorful adventures.

I spent nine years working in non-profits, global justice, education, business administration, and urban places management (you know, trying to change the world). I wasn’t changing the world as fast as I had hoped, so I went back to my first love, writing. It turns out I can make a much more significant impact by focusing on what I’m really good at.

I’ve taken every bit I’ve learned and applied it to my craft. Skill, consistent practice, and authentic experiences make writing more fun and valuable to my clients. It’s never too late to find your feathers.

Proof I’m a person, too.

I’m an extrovert when I want to be and an introvert when I need to be. My vice is pink suede shoes. I’m married to a lovely human who tolerates me. I’m a parent to two toddlers who don’t, some plants, and a cat I left with my dad because they’re best friends.

I’ve got big goals in life. I’d love to help you with yours, too. Think we might be a good fit? Let’s find time to connect.
